Experiences with Accessibility Certification 508, WCAG 1.0 & 2.0, WAI-ARIA

Hi All,

I'm working on UX for a "Cash Management/ Liquidities & Treasuries" system distributed as a "Rich Internet Application/ RIA" and have been tasked to research Accessibility Certification for this application. We're looking for certification specialists in WCAG 2.0 and 508 compliance, and forward looking WAI-ARIA compliance.

It would be great to hear from members regarding their experiences with certification, and suggestions of good certifying companies.

All help is appreciated,

J. Rich Rogan

Why Don't You Use Web Content Accessibility Guidelines; WCAG 2.0

I'm writing a paper on what is hindering the adoption of WCAG 2.0 and though I have a number of factors in mind already, I would like the document to be as comprehensive as possible.

So I'm hoping maybe people here can give me further insights into the factors you think are hindering the adoption of WCAG 2.0.

Thanks in Advance,

Is using JavaScript to submit a form WCAG 2.0 compliant?

Hi all,

I'm about to go into a series of form redesigns within a section of
my company's corporate site. We've mandated that any new forms or
form redesigns should comply with WCAG 2.0 AA recommendations.

Most of the 2.0 criterion and techniques seem reasonably clear and
I'm not finding it too difficult to find examples of their
application, but I can't seem to locate a clear rule around the use
of JavaScript to submit a form.
