Web analytics question

I am assessing some web products we use at a library. (Yes, not a very exciting environment, but what can you do?)

Can anyone show me some good examples of how to present this sort of data in a report?  And, any good resources on the topic of analytics I can refer to that you may know of?

Design Strategy: Archetypes vs. Analytics

A colleague of mine and I were having coffee recently. I was telling him
about my user archetype (persona) development project. He snickered and
said, ³My team is delivering an individualized design experience based on
hard data. You¹re stuck in design yesteryear.² After this discussion I was
wondering: Is the future of interactive design strategy in the hands of
statisticians? What do you think?

Web Site Monitoring & Analytics

My apologies if this is a bit off-topic...

I'm looking for a single Web Site Measurement package (not hosted,
preferably) that will enable us to do four things:

1.) Basic Stats - number of visitors, time on site, pages per session,
browser version, etc.

2.) Monitoring - this would be able to tell things like response time, error
conditions, email notifications of static & dynamic thresholds (any page
that takes longer than 20 seconds to get a response to the person), etc.

3.) Click Data - what are people clicking on (Like Click Maps from
