What does it mean to provide a "world-class experience" for Thomson Reuter's customers? Bob Schukai, Global Head of Mobile Technology at Thomson Reuters, will talk about the extraordinary journey that the corporation embarked on 3 years ago to transform its culture from one that was old-fashion and silo'ed, adverse to innovation and disconnected from its customers, to one today that is organized, efficient and innovation-driven.
With visual examples that show the contrast between Thomson Reuters' mobile products today from before, Bob will describe both the soft measures the team took to build trust and demonstrate expertise and the hard measures such as changing technologies and processes including governance.
Join us to learn more about Bob's thoughts on innovation, wearable technology, and how the team used design workshops to catalyze breakthrough innovation in mobile design and beyond for Thomson Reuters.
