Senteo's Customer Experience Specialist certification - anyone knows more?

Greetings all,

A coworker is wondering about the value of a "Customer Experience Specialist three-day certification course" offered by a company called Senteo.

Might this be a good way for a non-UX trained professional to absorb lots of information and be a better manager of teams that include trained UX folks? Does anyone have experience with Senteo or their workshops?
