Big hello to everyone, I'm guessing that I'm the one who'll start the discussion and break the ice. :)
And the thing that interests me is:
- How does your workflow look like? How do you tackle a project?
- Do you have different tactics for more complicated projects?
- What do you deliver or rather, what do you think should be a deliverable?

Matic, agreed - if possible let's share in English so if needed other folks can make use of our musings. And also, to practice a bit. :) In practice, we'll probably mix things around. As always.
