Hi Everyone!

On Thursday, April 26th, I will be leading a DIY Usability Testing workshop at SVC in South Lake Union. The workshop is a day long course that will cover the basics behind usability testing but also include tips on how to conduct low-cost usability studies. It is designed to help individuals craft and conduct their own usability tests, but it is also meant to help stakeholders understand the process of testing and know what to look for when hiring an agency or contractor to manage the study. This workshop might be of interest to:

  • Designers
  • Project managers
  • Web copy writers
  • Business strategists
  • Marketing/advertising professionals
  • Developers/programmers
  • Customer service teams
  • Startups
