(Apologies for any duplication)

Just a brief reminder that our Persona-Driven Design Workshop is running in London in a few weeks’ time (6 Dec).

The workshop is hands-on, with the objective of letting participants put into practice a variety of tools and techniques to make users the focus of development projects. It also covers the psychologically of personas – why they are so important, especially in teams and organisation with a technology focus.

Other topics included are:

-          Affinity diagramming & grounded theory (how to make sense of data from field research)

-          From requirements to user stories

-          Persona-weighted feature matrices

-          Mapping user stories to design

-          Conceptual modelling and wireframes

-          Sketching and prototyping techniques

You do not need to have an extensive background in usability or user-centred design to come on this course. Managers and developers are also welcome.

Hi William,

I'm afraid I can't make the 6th Dec but I'd be interested in doing it if you repeated the course in the new year.
