Musician's Friend is a musician's dream job.

Where else can you use your skills to excel at a career you love with friendly, dedicated co-workers who share a common bond? Music is what defines our lives here, and the attitudes and ambitions of our employees prove this.

It might sound a little corny, but at Musican's Friend we are in the business of making dreams come true – and everyone here, from the mail clerk to our legendary cowbell-playing CEO, takes that mission very seriously.

The people who work at Musician's Friend are just as passionate about meeting deadlines as they are mastering basslines. Our headquarters is filled with aspiring musicians of all tastes, working DJs, professionals who have toured the U.S. and abroad, and even a select few who have sat on the other side of the glass manning the soundboards. We have a rockin' guitarist who manages our email marketing campaigns; experimental noise musicians and karaoke superstars who craft witty content for our products; and rough-and-tough drummers who write complex code to make our website run as smooth as a Neal Peart fill.

On any given weekend, you'll find off-duty employees featured in local bands, jumping in at a jam, or belting out a tear-jerking version of "Total Eclipse of the Heart" at venues throughout the Southern Oregon region. At Musician's Friend we walk the walk and talk the talk. Simply put, "We Use the Gear We Sell."
