perhaps a product based on features is limited compared to one that successfully meets the needs of the user. Simple is what it is, but we tend to over complicate the issue. Customers still buy simplicity, because when they go out, they go and buy something they need, never buy something that has lots of features. Sometimes, a consumer will end up buying a product that has more features than another. Did they stop and count the features? or did they simply buy the one that did the job?
