Hello All,
I've been asked to provide and audience matrix. Can someone point me to
samples or templates?

John Pruitt and Jonathan Grudin suggest a persona/feature prioritzatiuon matrix
that I've found very helpful, even when I don't have full-blown audience
personas to work from. Not sure it's what you're looking for, but it's very
useful when trying to balance multiple features across multiple audiences. See
Figure 4 and related discussion at
http://research.microsoft.com/research/coet/Grudin/Personas/Pruitt-Grudin.pdf .
Other persona presentation tools & templates might be useful for you as well,
depending on what your "audience matrix" is supposed to be used for...

There are some intersting stuffs at cooper's site which is worth reading --

On specific to the matrix, answer depends on potential segment
"variable(s)". It can't be universal for all software products. What
may work for TurboTax may not be optimal for, say, loan underwriting
tool.
