An interesting article on narrative approach to ixd, related to our recent
discussion on mental model.

This is similar to some of the diagrams we were discussing. Writing out
scenarios from left to right and with three rows for what the user is
thinking (or feeling), seeing (from the system), and doing.
Basically a horizontally-written use case (ala Constantine, a dialog between
user action and system repose), but adding a track for mental model. The
mental model or emotional invovlement evolves through experience with the
system.
