Michele -

There are at least two others I am aware of:
3M Post-It Digital Notes (not free, but inexpensive) -
http://www.3m.com/us/office/postit/digital/digital_notes.html
Microsoft Sticky Sorter (free) -

This suggestion won't be helpful if you really need sticky notes (e.g. for a
design exercise), but I use Evernote to make "sticky" reminders to myself:

PC, Mac, and iPhone:

I have used Protonotes on several occasions for design reviews:

http://www.protonotes.com/

It requires you to add a little bit of javascript to your page, but
works really well.

A couple more that I have found but have not tried yet:

Not sure how these work, or how "shareable" they are.

WebNotes works well. It also provides a sidebar organizer (in FireFox,
anyway) that is useful for seeing all your notes at a glance.

It's free, but there's a pro version you can buy that apparently
extends the notes to online PDFs.
