Bestica is seeking for a Director of Product Management/User Experience with
start up exp in CA

Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with business, marketing, and technical teams to collect
requirements, prioritize enhancements, translate into MRDs/PRDs and drive
projects to completion while maintaining P&L accountability

Define vision and strategy for the entire product portfolio by identifying
customer segments and market opportunities

Work with Marketing Department to develop product positioning, pricing,
messaging commensurate with competitors

Define, track and improve key product metrics and develop tests against
those metrics

Maintain a keen awareness of every aspect of the customer experience

Utilize market research to evaluate the competitive landscape and all
elements related to the business case

Recruit, mentor and manage product management team members

Take an active role in the strategic planning process and act in a
leadership role throughout the organization

Job Qualifications

3-5 years of product management experience with a solid understanding of
product lifecycle, including identifying customer requirements, translating
requirements into product features for release, developing product roadmaps
and migration strategies.

MUST HAVE START-UP EXP

Ability to successfully collaborate with business, marketing and technical
teams

Track record of successful collaboration with a product development team or
organization

Strong business management and analysis skills

Strong strategic, analytical and communication skills

Bachelors degree in related field. MBA preferred
