Presentation
You design experiences, but ...
* Do you have what you need to inspire that design?
* Do others have what they need to build the designed experience?

Your loathing of use cases may be a lost opportunity.

Come and learn specific tricks about writing scenarios and use cases that will help you bridge from personas, brainstorming, design, hand-off to development teams and performing usability tests.

You will learn something you can start using today and learn how to stop the abuse!
