Heh, thanks for the article. The blogger clearly doesn't know much
about usability. If you don't know who will use the car and how they
will use it, why even make the car?

Reading a post like this makes me especially annoyed that Sullivan's blog
prohibits comments! (Can you really call it a blog if it doesn't allow
commenting?)
