There are some good creative agencies out there and you can also some of the specialist media job sites like http://www.viewcreatives.com That is a UK based one mind you.

for Web UX design, and Seak Pook (IC Software) and Bo Cheng (Evolve
Consulting) for mobile UX design.

I would recommend talking to Lewis Milford and Patrick Morgan at
Source Recruitment. As a contractor I find them to have a
refreshingly honest and open approach.
