What is the specific product from ADP that is the focus of your example?

When I read this the first thing I thought of was online support services
for web services (like hotmail). Try to get an answer to a support issue.
<ehehe> Every question is put into a system of keyword auto responses. I
realize this is a problem with service protocol and not the same face that
you are beginning to describe. But they definitely could use some UX.
