Hi Mary,
Haven¹t used it too much, just played around. Like the sketchy¹ feel, but
there are some limitations. The developer is very open to improvements and
suggestions.
Nice to be able to rough something out quickly and share, but paper, OneNote
or GUUI¹s sketch stencil¹ may be an alternative. Has lots of promise
though. Just need more time to work with it.
Another interesting app is called Pencil, V 1.0, by Doung Thanh An, a
Vietnamese developer not as sketchy¹ but quick and flexible-Window XP
only. Once again, haven¹t had enough time to make any definitive
comparisons, but look like it could be useful at a certain stage in the
design process.

Typically use custom templates in Fireworks/InDesign for full
wireframe documentation, but for quick work, with *free* tools:
I've been playing with Lovely Charts and it's nice so far:

Pencil Firefox plugin is interesting as well:

I would second Mark's comment on GUUI's Sketch stencil for Visio.
