Hi Brett,
There are groups on flickr that post screen captures of specific user
interfaces. It's a great resource for ideas, inspriation and
guidance. Maybe this is what you were looking for?

Awesome Tracy!
Thanks all! Feel free to keep them coming. I'm sure we all can benefit from
this.

web only and a bit more "design" than "interface", but still some
great sites there.

It's a great site with a tagging system so you can look for specific
examples e.g.

Thanks Abhay, Patterntap is already in the list.
This is all fantastic
Maybe we can compile this? Also, there seems to be a high interest in this
as well as an 'Intranet' version too.
Good one Brenden.
These 2 links are not web related, but it may be able to bring inspiration
and help us to think outside boxes and arrows.
I know I've seen many music software interfaces that reference right from
real-life stereo design. Check 'em out.

There's ScrnShots too [http://www.scrnshots.com/] which is a catalogue
of tagged screenshots by and for designers. They even provide a
special program to make taking and uploading screenshots as painless
as possible.
