...this time, from Tom Peters:
"The dumbest mistake is viewing design as something you do at the end of the
process to 'tidy up' the mess, as opposed to understanding it's a 'day one'
issue and part of everything."
This was on a throwaway received by a friend of mine; I lookes through my
collection of Peters's works, and had a look on the Internet, but could not find
the quote or its source. Pity, since it's so fundamental--and often ignored
or misunderstood.
