The User Experience Interface Architect will partner with the Visual
Design Team, the Business Analysts and Technology teams to provide
overall web site User Interface direction based on continually evolving
user-centric design, industry recognized usability concepts and
practices. This individual will be responsible for the production of
user interface deliverables including concept demos, site maps, and
wireframes that clearly represent the on-screen user experience.

A demonstrated expertise in User Experience, UI development, web site
design and usability principles is a must. Responsibilities in this role
include; supporting the rollout of the User Experience discipline within
the organization, performing industry analysis on web user behavior,
engaging with the Business Analysis Team in the requirements phase of
the project life cycle to review and improve screen design and flow,
perform analysis on user behavior across the GWM site(s), and
collaborating with technology in designing new user interface elements
or solutions to existing issues. In addition, this role will also be
engaged with Business Units to review their unique personas and help
define the optimal user experience for their unique needs.

* Develop User Interface deliverables including: Concept Demos,
Site Maps,
and Wireframes.
* Evaluate BA and technology requirements to effectively
incorporate into the user interface design
* Participate in BA Team Use Case/Wireframe development sessions.
* Evaluate results of usability tests/focus groups to incorporate
learnings into UI deliverables.
* Perform ongoing maintenance of Wireframe Library.
* Experience wire framing web documentation using Visio, html
prototyping, inDesign and other IA tools a must
* Participate in defining the methodology on how team will develop
site information architecture
and Wireframes.
* Work with the Technology Team to understand the documented
technology standards for the platform and browser/OS specifications and
ensure all UX assets and Agency assets track to all technology
standards.
* Manage the development of User Interface deliverables,
including: Concept Demos, Site Maps, and Wireframes.
* Ensure the development of team deliverables aligns with the
overall UX Team
work plan.
* Collaborate with the BA Team and SMEs to develop a user
interface that aligns with requirements and complies with usability
standards.
* Collaborate with the Content Team to ensure the delivery of
their inputs coincide with UX and downstream dependencies.
* Obtain stakeholder buy-in for the proposed designs.
* Experience wire framing web documentation using Visio, html
prototyping, inDesign and other IA tools a must

Minimum Requirements:

* Experience in usability design, navigation design, online
content organization, IA/taxonomy creation and search optimization.
Knowledge of web usability principles, with professional designation a
plus
* Experience wire framing web documentation using Visio, html
prototyping, inDesign and other IA tools a must
* Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and outside design
agencies, while coordinating with an internal technology team and
handling internal business unit clients
* Must possess Financial Services industry experience, knowledge
of industry trends, competitive advantages, and product offerings
* Proven effectiveness in fast-paced, demanding, client-driven and
business-unit driven environment. Ideal candidate will possess both a
strategic thinking expertise as well as an ability to plan and execute
tactical actions to implement strategic objectives.
* Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
within the organization.
* Possess sound business judgment, decision-making skills.
