"Microsoft Surface, the software maker's coffee-table shaped touch-
screen computer, will make its debut as a marketing tool in a handful
of AT&T Inc.'s wireless stores April 17."

There will only be 22 of them in service. I'll be expecting a report
from one of you metropolitan members.

Best,
Jack

If there's anything more annoying
than a machine that won't do what you want,
it's a machine that won't do what you want
and has been programmed to behave
as though it likes you.

You could design a process to catch
everything, but then you're overprocessing.
You kill creativity. You kill productivity.
By definition, a culture like ours that
drives innovation is managed chaos.

Popular Mechanics has a great "behind the scenes" article and video
about Microsoft Surface:

There is some cool stuff interviews with the Surface architects and
Jeff Han from Perceptive Pixel talks about multi-touch interfaces.
