Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive cross-functional teams to
translate business requirements and customer needs into a usable and
effective consumer experience. The Senior Product Manager will be
responsible for defining product features and functionality while
balancing a range of business priorities. The ideal candidate will have
a strong background in the development and management of web-based
products and services. The Senior Product Manager must have a blend of
business and technical savvy and be comfortable working directly with
marketing, creative, and technical engineering teams.


* Work hand-in-hand in a cross-functional capacity with teams to
develop a consensus on product requirements taking into consideration
business, legal, customer care, consumer and technical issues
* Manage projects with Developers and QA to meet deadlines
* Define and document product requirements, features and
* Manage internal approvals process for all new features
* Communicate new product developments throughout the organization
* Manage ongoing changes to product implementation in response to
analysis and market changes
* Provide analysis on product effectiveness


* 5-7 years as a product management professional
* Experience as a product manager
* BA from a top tier school
* Thorough understanding of data and full project lifecycle
* Possess outstanding analytical, written and oral communications
* Management skills and demonstrated success launching and
maintaining web-based, consumer-focused products
* Thrives in a deadline-driven, fast-paced team environment
* Excellent business and technical skills
* Excellent quantitative & analytical skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Excellent presentation skills
