Try http://www.fannation.com. Once you create your profile you can edit it
in the page. I haven't done a rigorous exam of the usability, but at first
glance it seems pretty intuitive. I hope to emulate something like it in
the next version of our own web site.

Subject: [IxDA Discuss] hidden (edit in place) form controls

I'm looking for nice executed examples of this.

Think "John is.." on facebook. When you hit the link, a dropdown
appears.

I'm thinking of using this for filter controls. Options that are
voluntary, not mandatory. I'm afraid having all filter controls out in
the open might impose a need to fill them all out.

I will have 5-6 filter controls but I'm pretty sure users will only
use 2-3 max.

Thanks!

Johan
