Any data on best control placement on inclinedtouch screens?

Hi Will
Martin Maguire of Husat, Loughborough, UK published a survey of
interface guidelines for kiosks somewhere around 2000. I used to be
able to google for them and find them pretty easily but today I'm
finding tantalising glimpses of the doc but not what I was looking
for, and I need to return to another deadline.
But, I'm hoping that those hints will be enough to help you locate the
guidelines.

That sounds like it may be very useful, and I don't mind sweating
over Google and the Internet Archive for a while. If I find Maguire's
research, I'll post a link here.

design guidelines for public information kiosk systems", Martin C.
Maguire, 1999. With that in hand, I was able to come up with a
treasure trove of related articles. Here's the Google Scholar link:
