I know this is an old topic, but I feel compelled to share a fresh, mmm,
experience. I participate in online account access with a certain western
state telco (rhymes with quest) that just today let me know about changes to
the Q- MyAccount.
- "The next time you sign in to MyAccount."
- "MyAccount still has the same great features you've come to
expect from -"
- "We want to make your life a little easier by making MyAccount
simple and convenient. Visit MyAccount today to experience the changes!"
My account? Their account? Whose account are we talking about? Ah, one
little misappropriated word.
Of course, I'm wondering why it wasn't simple and convenient before, as
well. Maybe because it was mine then, but now it's theirs. I hope their
account also has a lower bill than mine to go along with all that simplicity
