Outlook 2007 - Any problems with backwards compatibility?

I'm thinking of installing Office 2007.

I'm wondering if anyone has hit any backward compatibly issues either with
their own files or files from co-workers.

Did anyone upgrade and wish they had not?

Karen,

Half our office uses Office 2007. We work with clients who use Office
2007. There have not been any issues that we couldn't work around. The
biggest annoyance is the issues of sending people files saved in the new
Office 2007 format (i.e. .docx, .pptx, .xlsx, etc.) and they not being
able to open them unless you either 1) save the file in an older format
or 2) have the person install the compatibility pack at:
