Looking to help client build a UXP/IxD Library to support in-house team.
Any Suggestions on Trusted Resources?

I see these areas:

(1) Technical Reference
"How to" books/tips, tricks & techniques (i.e. CSS)

(2) accessible high level Intros
to relevant - but not necessarily primary - areas (s.a XML or
Struts/Tiles)

(3) Usability & Design insights (Nielsen, Cooper, Spool, etc.)

(4) Websites (this isn't really a different area, just a different platform)

Thanks Phil - I skipped the context:

We are an internal corporate IxD/UXP team (newly grown) working directly
with IT to craft a consumer-facing web-delivered service. We need to
provide a common knowledge base for ourselves and IT players.

The unstated agenda: IT and UXP need to evolve some good processes for
working and playing together gracefully.

I'm sure he's implied, but Norman's TDOET was invaluable to me.

I found the book "Universal Principles of Design" by Holden, Litwell,
Butler to be a nice grounding in design for clients and developers.
Useful reference for those, "why did you do it like this?" questions.
