Duties and Responsibilities:
In addition to being outstanding designers, Senior Interaction Designers
must have strong leadership skills and be able to inspire a team of
interaction designers, juggle multiple projects, and work closely with
clients. They must be able to provide systematic design insight across a
range of related projects, be self-motivated with strong internal and
client communications skills.
Qualified candidates have 3-5 years experience developing interactive
products, a thorough understanding of user-centered design principles,
client presentation skills, writing skills, and experience organizing
complex information. Familiarity with principles of Web development as
well as Illustrator and Visio is essential.
Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in any of the following: HCI,
Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Computer Science, Media Studies,
Graphic Design, and/or related fields.
