I just noticed that Google recently changed the way images.google.com works.
In the search results page they used to show image metadata (dimensions,
file size, URL, etc.) on page load. Now however, that data is only available
on an image by image basis as you mouse over. It makes the results page a
lot cleaner. Another subtle change is that if there are multiple images to
be shown from a single domain they are grouped and you get the "most
relevant" image with the text "More results from [domain name]". For some
reason I have an aversion to calling this the onion method not that I have
anything against onions. What do you all think of the changes? Am I correct
in suspecting that this is a recent change?
