> Responsibilities:
> * Create and iterate new background loopsets, transitions, color
> palettes, and information design, and produce detailed, written
> specifications and styleguides.
> * Work with User Interface Designers and Prototypers to create screen
> mockups and functional prototypes of your designs
> * Partner with User Research to test and refine your designs
> * Work with Engineering to understand architecture and development
> issues
> * Team up with Customer Support to understand issues subscribers have
> with the current experience
> Experience:
> * At least three years experience doing user motion graphics,
> animation and/or design
> * Experience designing consumer software products for Windows
> environment
> * Excellent design skills with a solid portfolio
> * Big picture design ideas
> * Extreme detail orientation, and an obsession for consistency
> * Organized written and verbal communication skills, and clear
> presentation style
> * Logical, analytical thinking
> * Reasonable understanding of underlying technical issues
> * An affinity for television
