Take a look at http://handheldusability.com
The book's mostly sold out, but Amazon claims to have some for sale.

There are a few good books on mobile design out in addition to my own
"Handheld Usability"-there's also the "Mobile Information Architecture" by
Matt Jones & Gary Marsden. The book by Nokia "Mobile Usability" is more an
inside look into Nokia than a design tutorial, by the way...

Good luck!
