As a full member of the Team, the successful candidate will be
responsible for helping to generate and visualize concepts by creating
storyboards, building static and interactive prototypes and so on, but
will be expected to contribute to all phases of the Team's work,
including discovery, idea generation, conceptualization, iterative
design and, ultimately, concept evaluations with prospective customers.

Successful candidates will have strong design skills, and extensive
experience with the tools and techniques of user interface simulation
and prototyping. They will be current with design trends, and will want
to keep other Team members up to speed. They will also have experience
in most or all of the following stages of the design process: high-level
experience design, scenario development, storyboarding, information
architecture, use of wire frames, graphical user interface design and
software application development.
Equally important will be the ability to collaborate in a
cross-functional environment, contributing to making the sum greater
than the parts. Ideal candidates will welcome co-workers' ideas and
input, and will be adept at influencing them in return, the goal being
to deliver the best possible outcomes for customers. These candidates
will relish opportunities to share their knowledge and coach others who
may have less design experience, so excellent communication skills and
professional judgment are therefore required.
