ADMIN: Subject lines (was Re: (no subject))

Hi Gang,

Can I ask that people please be sure to add a subject line to their
message? This is obviously a helpful measure for everyone.

And yes, if you are replying to someone who made a mistake it is better
to add a relevant subject line than to leave the thread without one.
