Referring to the interview of Marc Benioff on the BW, salesforce.com created a new software enabled delivery platform, popularly refered to as SAS (software as a system). I think it kind of indicates the becoming of web 2.0 or the next generation x-web. I would like to know if there is any interesting discussion on the new interaction models for such emerging systems.
We all know about AJAX or FLEX engines, but my question is more towards how the information economics or task/work flow will impact the users of such platforms in the future.
