* Work with clients and the development team to illustrate elegant
solutions to complex technology problems
* Create deliverable documents including paper prototypes,
interaction specifications and pseudocode
* Conduct user research, author context scenarios and refine personas

* Deep familiarity with user-centered design, research and deliverables
* Ability to effectively communicate concepts and ideas to a non-
technical audience
* Self-motivation, resourcefulness, creativity, and a strong work ethic
* Dexterity juggling multiple concurrent projects with efficiency and
* Working knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts
* Familiarity with software development processes including agile/xp,
scrum and RUP
* Experience with desktop or mobile device interface design
* Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Usability Engineering, User
Interface Design, Cognitive Psychology or equivalent related design
* Some travel involved
