Hack Night SLC Feb 21, 2013

Hey all!

Hack Night SLC is just around the corner (Feb 21) and we finally got the website launched this evening. Hack Night SLC is a free event open to everyone, focused on providing an opportunity for developers, designers, students, etc. to gather and work on projects in a collaborative evnironment. There will be free food, and it's going to be a great opportunity to get to know the community here in the valley a little bit better.

Usability testing services

At the end of my presentation at Salt Lake Design week yesterday, I engaged in a conversation about usability testing services. Here's a list of some of those services: Userlytics, UserTesting.com, YouEye, and TryMyUI. In addition to being inexpensive, these new services are generally more authentic and accurate as the user completes them in the comfort of their own, familiar environment.

New in town.... Any IxDA events on the calendar?

Greetings all,

I just moved here from DC. Working with GE Healtchare as a Sr. Interaction Designer. Looking to get hooked into the design community. What's going on out here?
