How do you incorporate user testing into Agile Mobile Design?

I recently had dinner with one of my heroes and fellow Rosenfeld Media workshop leaders, Steve Krug. We had a long conversation about how to make mobile usability testing work for Agile mobile design projects.

The free webinar (link below) is the result.

Have you tried my PostIt notes methodology, and if so, what do you think? What techniques do you yourself use for Agile usability testing and RITE?

7 Mobile Strategy Tips for 2012: Mobile Websites, Tablet Apps and Hybrids

Sites like YouTube and Facebook are already projecting mobile use to surpass desktop use as early as *this year*. What’s your mobile and tablet strategy? Allow me to humbly present the wisdom I got from the experience of walking the last 365 miles. Barefoot. In the snow. Uphill both ways.

New to the site

Hi,

How's it going? My name's Dustin and I have my bachelor's in Graphic Design. I'm currently working on expanding my skill set to more web development and interactive design works mainly through online tutorials. I haven't had much luck finding a job with strictly Graphic Design emphasis, I'm currently a manager at a print shop and get to do a little design work in that. I'm hoping with a more narrow skill set I can find a job later on that I really enjoy.

Successful social!

Thank you all for coming, it was great to finally meet you all! We had a nice mix of people based in UX, Interaction design, visual design, mass communication and media, human computer interation and focused on things like data visualization, game design, and robotics. (comment if I'm missing any of you! :) )

It was very refreshing to speak with others who share the same pain points, and rejoice around successful usability studies ;-)

I'd like to keep this going through the summer and although a few people were unable to attend, Thursday seems to be a good day for a social.

First event!

Looking to plan a social event for kick off. Mid May looks to be a nice time for a gathering. Suggestions for places downtown?
