Event description:

Now that we've got the concept for our weather app, the next step is to design screens. We'll put up the drawings we did last time, and proceed to sketch actual screens.

We'll designate a recorder or two to help us get the sketches on line. If anyone wants to try real-time wireframing in Omnigraffle, Fireworks, or Illustrator, we can import sketches from there. Or ... we can just take photos and import those.

The tool we're thinking of trying is invisionapp.com. We'll also take quick pitches for competing suggestions.

This is part 2 of a 2-part design workshop, with concept and brainstormy sketches in the October 18th session (a Tuesday), and more concrete sketching in the direction of a prototype in the November 16th session (a Wednesday).

Please arrive early if you can. We're planning to actually start at 6:30.

Organized by ...

Bruce Esrig, Adam Lerner, and Jonathan Grossman
