"IxDA: The global perspective" by Janna Hicks DeVylder and Steve Baty
Ever thought about interaction design in Sao Paulo? What's the biz like in sunny Melbourne? And why the heck there is an IxDA in IxDA Berlin?
Having the great opportunity to have Janna Hicks DeVylder, President of IxDA's global organisation with us, we would like to give some answers to that and cordially invite you to IxDA Berlin's second October event on Friday Oct. 15th. Coming with her is Steve Baty, Vice President of the IxDA and together with Janna running Meld Studios, an Australia based service design agency. They both will talk about the IxDA and the profession of interaction design on a global level, giving insights on how our field of work evolves, from Norway to Mexico to the Silicon Valley and back to Berlin.
This talk is going to be a unique opportunity to learn more about the international spread of interaction design and to get the full picture on the IxDA as a truly global organisation.
Please note that this talk is not happening on our usual Wednesday but on Friday night, October 15th. As it's a Friday night we thought about changing the after-talk schedule a bit as well: After-party and dinner happens at the Rodeo Club (Please pre-register separately)!
