We have an exciting opportunity as a Web Analytics Manager within our Online Channel Development team. In this role you will oversee the implementation of Wiley’s web analytics operations including the measurement and analysis of traffic patterns, search data, competitive intelligence, and user satisfaction. For each online business, you will partner with global product teams to define success metrics, establish report formats and interpret business critical measures.
The Web Analytics Manager is a champion for the cause, designing and executing analytics strategies in response to shifting business needs and complex user patterns. Taking data and statistics to the next level, you will identify actionable opportunities for improving results and website effectiveness based on data-driven insights.
