The world's leading provider of software solutions for airlines and airports seeks an experienced interaction designer and software usability expert.

This is not an entry-level position. We need someone with a high level of expertise in user research, task analysis, HCI, and software GUI design for advanced users.

YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD CANDIDATE IF:

* You have TONS of experience in all things related to usability and graphical user interface design

* You're an expert in a variety of user research methods (think observation, interviews, personas, etc.) and software task analysis from the user's perspective

* You have an impressive portfolio of your own interaction design for complex software

* You can design mockups at varying stages of fidelity using a variety of tools including pencial and paper, Fireworks, Photoshop, and Visio

* You can quickly form good working relationships with developers, business stakeholders, and other team members located around the world

* You have a passion for travel and experience working in the air travel industry

THIS POSITION IS NOT:

* General Web site design

* Marketing-related (our software doensn't have ads)

* Limited to just one specific skill set (i.e. information architecture, visual design)

* Engineering or programming (you probably won't write any code)

* For someone looking for a career change (we need someone who loves doing this and has been at it for a while)
