User Interface Design Engineer requisition #581056

The PC Client Group is looking for a talented UI designer to help create end user facing software applications that will be used by of millions of customers. In this position, you will be responsible for creating the visual experience for a wide range of products. You will collaborate with architects, Human Factors engineers, developers, marketing and management to define the product experience by composing user flows and wireframes, as well as create concept designs and help develop cutting edge prototypes. You will be responsible for the actual screen layouts, the visual language, and the graphical elements that go into the user interface. Your designs will be documented in a number of formats using a wide range of tools to support the UI development teams and provides graphical assets for implementation. (raster images, procedural elements or actual code as applicable). Other deliverables will include product icons, interfacing with Intel legal and branding teams, creating online help and working with the localization team to ensure worldwide success criteria are met. In this position you would be required to
� Create standard information architecture documentation including wireframes, process maps, user flows, user scenarios, functional specifications, navigation schema's, documentation and prototypes
� Demonstrate good analytical thinking and problem solving skills
� Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment, facilitate creation, maintenance, and adoption of UI standards and design principles, influence development teams to adopt best usability practices, and create and deliver to audiences with varying levels of sophistication
� Be willing to understand both product technology and functionality in order to support highly complex software solutions, while helping make the software easy enough for family and friends to use
� Present the user interface proposals to technical and functional audiences to successfully facilitate adoption and evolution of the application user interfaces
� Work in a collaborative environment
