This UI/UX leader is responsible for partnering with product management, marketing, development, and customer care to set the vision for, build, and deliver our mobile navigation products.
· Manage the entire life cycle of User Experience design for our mobile navigation and LBS products.
·Develop & institute streamlined, high quality user-centered design standards and processes.
·Create prototypes to demonstrate usability & User Interface enhancements.
·Design & direct primary user research to determine customer experience needs for our products.
·Ensure close collaboration with Product Management, Development and multidisciplinary teams to implement quality interfaces.
·Review requirements and provide time estimates on the design and implementation of features.
·5+ years hands-on experience in a senior software user experience role.
·Track record of delivering mobile software offerings at scale to millions of users.
·A first-class UI/UX design portfolio demonstrating your design experience.
·Experience leading change and inspiring teams with an innovative future vision for customers.
·Bachelors degree in human factors, HCI, information design, industrial design, or related discipline.
·Excellent people leadership, creative, and analytical skills.
·Ability to work with design team in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
·Strong knowledge of mobile application design and usability principles, issues, and techniques.
·Ability to analyze customer needs and define strategies for meeting them.
·Excellent written (i.e., writing, editing, and proofing) and oral communication skills.Comfortable speaking and presenting to groups and executives.
·Experience creating wireframes and prototypes.
·Fundamental understanding of GUI design and intuitive navigation schemes.
·Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to keep abreast of innovative design trends and technologies.
