From a recruiter:
How to apply:

Are you interested in crafting the framework for a complex CMS? Does taxonomy and navigational structure design thrill you? Do you have a passion for being the user advocate for an online experience that has been and can so easily be frustrating? Not intimidated by designing for massive amounts of content?

These questions reveal pretty obviously what is important to be successful for this long-term contract role.
