3-5 years experience as a UI / UX designer either for an agency or client-side firm is required. Web experience is a must and any other platform experience is a huge bonus.

Candidates must be self-starters but also flexible to fit in with the firm. No mavericks or wall flowers please. My client also places emphasis on career longevity too, job hoppers will not secure an interview (unless a valid reason is provided to why you move around so much).
