Director User Experience / Site Optimization, Barcelona, €100k+ relocation

Ideal profile: Director of User Experience. UX Manager. Interaction design and user experience guru. Expert knowledge of design for site optimization.

To lead the European team of information architects, site optimisation and usability specialists in the beautiful city of Barcelona.

Candidate will drive improvements in conversion rate, average order size and lifetime value.
 
Requirements:
 
- a seasoned user experience strategist and designer with proven ability to deliver high-performing user interfaces for e-commerce sites across Europe.
- educated in HCI / Interaction Designer / User Experience. MBA would be ideal.
- 7 years experience information architecture or website interaction design and 3 years team leading experience
 
Package: 100,000 Euros plus bonus plus relocation.
