How to prototype selection-dependent inputs

Hi folks,

When you're designing a form, being able to change the inputs based on a user action is really powerful. It lets you hide complexity from the user and makes your form easier to complete.

My latest post on Boxes and Arrows shows you how to prototype this kind of behavior in HTML (with a little help from JavaScript). You should give it a look:

Cheers,

Martin

Internationalization Recommendation?

I was hoping that folks with experience in internationalization/translation of products might be able to weigh in here.

In a mobile application design, we're using a linear next/last navigation where next is on the right and last is on the left. The user can also swipe between screens.

When it gets translated for cultures that read right to left, should next be at the left and last be at the right?

User Experience Research & Design Remote Master of Science Degree (M.Sc.), UK

Hi all,

I'm looking for a recognised Master of Science degree in Interactive Design and/or User Experience Research and Design that can be studied by a working profesional online or remotely within the UK (as in the work can be achieved within the UK, the course could however be elsewhere).

Its important that it is a officially recognised masters degree.

It doesnt look like the Open University has a suitable course.

Are there any courses that anyone would recommend or think might be worth investigating?

Kind regards,

Phil
