Stop, Pause, Play

I'm doing research for a paper on international naming conventions
and how much the internet's use of english as a primary language has
affected other languages and cultures.

I'm starting with the universal icons and naming for the traditional
Stop (a square), Pause (two horizontal bars) and Play (a
right-pointing arrow).

Interaction Design Training (non web preferred)

Hi all

Have you attended any professional interaction training courses (2-4
days max) that you will highly recommend to fellow interaction

My work area are mainly in software and mobile devices design (mainly
interaction & occasional visual designs).

I currently looking at Cooper's training program. If u hv attended,
how is it? Is the approach practical? I hope to fine tune my skills
and if possible implement the best UX practises progressively to my
