Yahoo! Search Marketing replies?

Ok, am I the only one who gets an automated reply from Yahoo! Search
Marketing every time I post a message to the list?
Maybe we could do something about it?

iRise sues Axure for "patent infringement"

I really hope anyone considering iRise reads this before making their final
decision. We're a fairly small community and in general we all play well
together. Given this, it is *amazing* that we have a choice of tools to use.
So this kind of blatant and reprehensible grab for market share (see below)
should not go unnoticed.
Disclosure: While I do not work for Axure, I do have a formal agreement with
them to do training for their clients when they request it. Also, I am
admittedly an Axure fanboy.

Forms: One vs Two Email fields

I could be wrong about this, but I think the duplicate email field method is
something developers started using to cut down on invalid registrations as a
result of typos. It seems the theory is that by using two fields, the user
has to enter it twice and validation code can be used to make sure they
match, thereby decreasing the chances the entered address is incorrect.
